How to Appraise the Properties?
There are more than 66,000 separate parcels of real property in Clark County that the Auditor should fairly and uniformly appraise and assess. Both the land and buildings are valued. According to Ohio Law, the Auditor should make a general reappraisal every six years and an update every three years.
