Clark County Property Tax

There are two real estate tax payment due dates for the 2022 Tax Year. The first-half due date is February 17, 2023, and the second-half due date is July 17, 2023. Your tax bill is mailed out 28 to 30 days before the due date. If you find any errors in your tax bill or have not received your tax bill, please contact the Clark County Treasurer’s Office. If you want to change your mailing address, you need to complete the Change of Address Form on the website and submit it to the mailing address of the Clark County Treasurer (see below).

How to Search and Pay the Property Taxes?

A Property Tax Search and Pay Page is available on the website.

Pay Property Taxes

There are three search criteria you can use to search for detailed information about the property taxes: Search by Parch ID, Search by Name, and Search by Address. Select the search criterion from the drop-down list and then enter the relevant item in the search field. Click the "Search" button, and you will get the tax bill for the property. You can also pay your property taxes online. You need to locate an account using the search options below, then click "Claim Account" and follow the prompts to create an account. Once you have finished a payment, you will receive a payment receipt that contains a link to create an account and save your payment methods.

If you have any questions about the tax bill or tax payment, please contact the Clark County Treasurer.
