Clermont County Property Tax
Tax bills are mailed twice every year. The first mailing date is January, and you need to pay taxes in February. The second mailing date is June, and the taxes should be paid in July. You need to pay your real estate taxes before the due date of your tax bill. Your taxes will be delinquent on the day after the due date. If your taxes become delinquent more than a year and a half, your property would be sold by the County Prosecutor’s Office at Sheriff’s auction. The real estate taxes collected are mainly distributed to the schools in the taxpayers’ districts.
