Delaware County Property Tax
There are various methods of paying your property taxes as follows:
Pay by Credit/Debit Card/E-check/Digital Wallet: you can pay your property taxes by credit/debit card through "Paymentus", a card processing company. A convenience fee is collected by the company (Credit Cards: 2.35% per total transaction, Debit Cards: $3.95 flat fee per parcel, E-check: $0.85 flat fee per parcel, Digital Wallet: 2.35% per total transaction).
Pay in Person: you can go to the Office of Delaware County Treasurer to pay your taxes in person.
Pay by Mail: you can mail your property taxes to the address - Office of the Treasurer, 145 North Union Street, Delaware, OH 43015
Pay at Drop Box: you can go to the Hayes Administration Building which is located at 145 Union Street to drop your taxes into the drop box in the lower parking lot.
If you do not want to pay your property taxes by twice-of-year lump sum payments in February and July, you can apply for the Escrow Payment Program to pay the taxes monthly. To enroll in the program, please complete the Escrow Agreement Form on the website.
