Richland County Property Tax
The Richland County Treasurer offers an online payment system on the website.
To view your balance due, please click the "Pay Now" button and search using your parcel number by entering the numbers located in the upper right corner of your tax bill. Then a page appears on which the 1st half, 2nd half, and delinquency of your taxes are shown. Select the amount you want to pay and add it to the cart. Credit/debit cards and electronic checks can be used in the payment. Please note that service fees will be charged. For electronic checks: $2 (Up to $50,000.00), $3.00 ($50,000.01 - $75,000.00), $6.00 ($75,000.01 - $100,000.00), $10.00 ($100,000.01 - $150,000.00), $15.00 ($150,000.01 - $250,000.00); for credit cards: 2.4% per transaction ($2 minimum); for debit cards: $4 per transaction.
