Trumbull County Property Tax

Three reasons may lead to changes in real estate taxes - changes in the appraised value of your property, changes in the tax rates, and changes in the homestead exemption, owner occupancy credit, or non-business credit.

Tax bills are normally mailed to the taxpayers by the end of January and by the end of June each year. If you do not receive your bill, please contact the Trumbull County Treasurer as soon as possible. The due dates of real estate taxes are March (the first half) and August (the second half). The actual due dates are shown on your tax bill. A Tax Installment Payment Plan (TIP) is available for taxpayers whose taxes are not past due to pay the taxes monthly. For more details about the plan, please contact the Treasurer’s office. If you want to change your mailing address, please fill out the Change of Address Form and submit it via email.
